The theme of the roundtable is to discuss the newly released Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Credits. This training will provide strategies for achieving and tracking the food credits while staying within your strict budgets.

Each session will be devoted to the following food credits:

 

Credit 1- Sustainable Food Policy and Plan

Credit 2- Sustainable Food Education and Promotion

Credit 3- Local, Sustainable Produced Food Purchasing

Credit 5– Hospitals Supported Agriculture: Food and Farm Linkages

Credit 4 & 6- Waste Reduction


Who should attend:
Hospital food service leadership, chefs, hospital administration, health care professionals, GPO's, food distributers, and farmers. Once you register, more information will follow.
